The Motor show exhibition of Auto Expo has now become a desperate event for all the big car brands and the big investors across the globe.
The auto expo started off in 1986, with the concept showcasing multiple brands under one frame and many domestic players under common hut, the first motor show auto expo embarked it’s presence in the OEM domain.
Auto Expo 1993:
The situation at this time was the active liberalization and globalization, where Indian economy was both a good place to manufacture and a very good market for consumption of these innovative approach in the transportation arena.
Auto Expo 1996:
The time was running with a pace where the world was facing a growth in consumer utilities like vehicles in huge, at this moment the auto Expo event turns out to be so famous that being an Asian centered exhibition program this event turned out to be the best South Asian Event in 1996 for the first time. Brands like Daewood, Ford, Hyundai were lured to the event for participation and show case their latest innovation to the World watching the Auto Innovation through this event.
Auto Expo 1998:
Over 9,00,000 visitors, this time the event was so famous and record breaking that in just very short span of Decade, the OEM brands have now marked this event as the main course of their innovation display.
Auto Expo 2000:
The hunger evolved around the mass audience of middle class income category and that attracted all the OEMs to now shift their focus from targeting only the luxury class to the main class audience for their day to day purpose and regular utilities in day to day life.
The Auto Expo 2002:
The year 2002 embarked as the new era to focus not just on the luxury, but also on the sidelines of the sustainable development while using the technological innovations to counter the green growth and more efficient machines to drive on road this time.
The Auto Expo 2004:
After the continuous success over the past years and a new feather to the cap added on to the Asia’s biggest Auto expo the motor show. The big brands have now decided to keep this date as their launching date in the Indian Markets. The 7th Auto Expo event became the official launch pad for major OEM brands from this year on-wards.
The Auto Expo 2006:
Revenue of worth 5384 million and an epic rise in the business visitors class to 150000 count, over 26 countries participated in this event.
